The past few months have been very hard for me - I've lost my one and only hard drive along with the whole data on it (videos, photos... everything) and most of the projects I was working on were completely lost.<br /><br />Recently I've upgraded my hardware just to suit my video editing needs. It is fairly good configuration - Quad Core CPU, 4 HDDs (2 for daily backup), top-notch video rendering card and a lot of RAM (8 Gigs). I hope my investment will reward me greatly in the long run because It wasn't cheap at all. I plan to re-do most of the projects from scratch and as you know that must be some kind of nightmare! Just before my old HDD went "KA-BOOM~!" I was nearly finishing my Breath of Fire III and Severance: Blade of Darkness video guides. Now I have to start from the very beginning.<br /><br />And again, sorry for the delay. I hope it won't happen again because It not only makes me mad but also the people who wait for my latest work to arrive. The last thing I want to say it's that I can't tell the exact date when Breath of Fire III VG will be ready, I'm not sure If I have the needed strength to do everything from scratch. That was the initial project which gave me inspiration to start video editing. There was 400GB of uncompressed video data, more then 3 hours of video content stored locally... huge and epic. All that was only BoF III material. So, people just give me some time to prepare myself for this. I'm always striking for perfection, not just plain guides.<br /><br />That's all for now. A new, clean version (without special effects) is currently on it's way. Read below for some of the changes that will take place in the new "Revised Edition".<br /><blockquote>- Special effects will be removed completely.<br />- Intro/Outro will be removed, instead they'll appear during gameplay.<br />- Story related scenes won't be skipped.<br />- Speeding up for all random battles, except boss fights or in some certain situations. This rule also affects distant walking.<br />- Fairy village, fishing mode, and the battle with archmage/berserker won't be included in the guide.
